Calm and Clear Relaxation Awareness is a gentle practice designed to facilitate relaxation and greater mental and physical wellbeing.Calm and Clear Relaxation Awareness combines the systems of Brain Gym and Tibetan Kum Nye and brings benefit to people of all ages and physical capacity. Calm and Clear Relaxation Awareness can be practiced seated or standing.

Brain GymBrain Gym is a series of movements and activities (including eye movements) that forms part of Educational Kinesiology, a whole brain learning system. Brain Gym is aligned with the latest findings in neuroscience which confirm that ‘new neural pathways in the brain grow when we move with intention’.Brain Gym activities have been found to be effective in enhancing learning skills, assisting ability to focus and concentrate, increased memory and organizational skills, improved physical and mental co-ordination, athletic performance and more.Through application of Brain Gym techniques both left and right brain hemispheres are activated, enhancing access to the whole brain. This translates to diminished anxiety levels, greater clarity of mind and increased energy. Kum NyePhysical and mental relaxation is well understood as an essential balance to the accumulation of stress and tension we all experience, and with the gentle movements and breath awareness of Kum Nye, body tension, emotional stress and mental fatigue are also soothed and relieved. Kum Nye is a Tibetan system of relaxation which comprises slow, gentle movements and postures designed to release body tension and stress and facilitate inner balance and calm.Calm and Clear Relaxation Awareness progams and sessions are tailored and adapted to suit the needs of a broad range of people, including those living with disability and limited physical capacity.
